PORTFOLIO REVIEW INFORMATION FOR 2009-2010:
Fall Portfolio Reviews:
Newbie/Returning Students Review Orientation meeting: Wednesday, November 11th from 12:15 - 1pm in Moreau 232. Lunch will be provided! This is a mandatory meeting for all students participating in Portfolio Reviews.
Foundations/Minors/Art History students in Studio Art Courses
Foundations/Minors/Art History Students in Studio Art Courses Set Up: begins Sunday, November 15th at 10am. Space and pedestals are first-come, first-served. You may not reserve space prior to 10am on Sunday. There is a performance in Little Theatre Auditorium on Sunday, so set-up will stop between 1:30-5pm. You may resume set-up after 5pm.
Foundations/Minors/Art History Students in Studio Art Courses Critiques: Tuesday, November 17th from 9am until 4pm. Be in the gallery spaces by 3:30pm to ensure critique by the cut-off time. There is a lunch break from 12noon-1pm.
Foundations/Minors/Art History Students in Studio Art Courses Clean-Up: Tuesday, November 17th by 4:30pm. Upperlevel students will begin their Portfolio Review setup at 5pm; please make certain your area is repainted and cleaned up by 4:30pm.
Upperlevel Students
Upperlevel Studio Art Student Set Up: begins Tuesday, November 17th at 5pm. Space and pedestals are first-come, first-served. You may not reserve space prior to 5pm.
Upperlevel Studio Art Student Critiques: Wednesday, November 18th from 9am-4pm. Be in the gallery spaces by 3:30pm to ensure critique by the cut-off time. There is a lunch break from 12noon-1pm.
Upperlevel Studio Art Student Clean Up: Friday, November 20th by 4pm. Please make certain your area is repainted/cleaned up by 4:00pm.
*Note–>any non-majors, or auditing students who wish to participate in Portfolio Reviews should follow the procedures for Foundations/Minors/Art History students in Studio Art courses.
Senior Comprehensive Exhibition Opening: Friday, December 4, 2009. Exhibition runs through Friday, Dec. 11th.

Upperlevel Studio Art Student Clean Up: Friday, April 23rd by 4pm. Please make certain your area is repainted/cleaned up by 4:00pm. There is a performance in Little Theatre Auditorium later this week…you may be asked to remove floor-based work by end-of-day Wednesday, April 14th.
