Now open at the Moreau Art Galleries in the Moreau Center for the Arts:
“Talking in Place”…a solo exhibition by Tia Factor in Sister Rosaire Gallery. Featuring works on paper that function as imagined cartographies of landscape and architecture.
“Call Home Mothers Dead”…a solo exhibition by Adriane Little in Hammes Gallery. A video installation that “investigates trauma and ritual firstly through an interrogation of a presence and absence of the maternal body,” and establishes what she describes as, “the matrilineal ghost.”
and last but not least, new work by Mark Franchino in Little Theatre Gallery. A post-minimalist installation infused with quiet elegance and an understated humor.
